Important considerations
  • 2.4GHz Wi-Fi only: The LSC doorbell only connects to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network and is not compatible with 5GHz networks.

  • Occasional delays: While generally reliable, some users in the wider smart connect ecosystem have reported minor delays in receiving notifications. 

How to set up
  1. Charge the batteries: Use the included USB cable to fully charge the two rechargeable batteries.
  2. Mount the doorbell: Choose a location with a clear view and good Wi-Fi signal. Use the mounting plate and screws to secure the doorbell to your wall or frame.
  3. Download the app: Install the "LSC Smart Connect" app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
  4. Pair the chime: Plug in the indoor chime, press and hold its pairing button, then press the doorbell button to link them.
  5. Connect to Wi-Fi: Open the app and follow the on-screen instructions. You will scan a QR code with the doorbell's camera to connect it to your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. 

Troubleshooting tips
  • Cannot connect to Wi-Fi: Make sure you are connected to a 2.4GHz network, that the password is correct, and that your router and doorbell are close to each other during setup.
  • Poor video quality: This can be a sign of a weak Wi-Fi signal. Try improving your Wi-Fi coverage or moving your router closer.
  • No notifications: Check your app settings to ensure push notifications are enabled.
